Sales Manager - New Sales

Axeptia is looking for a Sales Manager – New Sales to join our Sales team in Oslo.

The Sales Manager – New Sales will be in charge of pursuing sales opportunities and managing relationships with customers. We are looking for someone with experience in sales of financial products or services. You have a solid experience with decision makers such as CFO`s and finance managers, if you also have experience with credit managers and treasure managers, we definitely want to talk to you. We are seeking candidates with expertise in driving revenue and winning key deals. You are able to manage the entire sales process, from planning and implementation to follow-up.

This position requires some travelling.

This position is based centrally in Oslo and you will report to the Chief Commercial Officer. You will work closely with our management team, and developers in making sure that our customers need are being filled. It’s a fun environment with a team of highly motivated techies and commercial people working on our SaaS. We know how to appreciate good work and will make sure you feel it.

This is a unique opportunity where you will join our team in an early phase of further commercializing our sales operations and successfully build a strong and sustainable customer base.

You have minimum 5 years successfull track record from B2B sales.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills and a selling and persuasive personality
  • You are good at building relationships and maintain trust
  • Experience from sales towards medium- and large organizations
  • An organized and result oriented way of working
  • High degree of professionality and customer minded approach
  • Fluency in Norwegian and professional written/oral English skills
  • The will and motivation to take part in building a new business in a fast-moving environment
  • Higher university degree (Bachelor's degree minimum)
  • Ability to work independently as well as co-op with a small team
  • Experience as advisor in the areas of cash management/working capital is not a requirement, but a big plus.
